Throughout this period Grease Guardians have been sold to hotels, restaurants, fast food chains, supermarkets and other establishments across the country. Last year Caromandani installed over 50 units across Greece to various customers including McDonalds, AB and Veropoulos Supermarkets, Southern Fried Chicken outlets, the University of Ioannina and Le Palmier and Goody’s Restaurants. Caramondani have worked closely with local sewerage boards as well as various municipalities in Greece to develop better waste water practices and a more proactive approach to grease management. The Grease Guardian is regularly specified in commercial kitchen designs and building plans thanks to Caramondani’s close work with engineers and consultants. The product has been widely by fast food and supermarket chains in Greece as one of the most effective means of dealing with grease grease build up. As tourism continues to grow in Greece and legislation improves so too does the demand for efficient systems that overtime will keep grease management costs down to a minimum.  ...........scroll down to view more pictures
