Each
wheel is capable of skimming 12kg/hr of grease/oil.
An extra wheel can be included for heavier grease.
Models
in other voltages are available.
How
To Size A Grease Guardian Open up the FM
GG Selection Program and enter the number of appliances
that you will be connecting to the same GG unit. The program
will then advise you on the appropriate unit selection required.
This is approximate sizing only and all model sizes should
be confirmed by your local Grease Guardian Distributor.
FLOW
DIRECTION The Grease Guardian can be installed with the inlet
at the Right Hand Side (flow direction Right to Left)
or at the Left Hand Side (flow direction Left to Right).
The panel must always be accessible, as should the inlet
basket (see below).
