Grease Guardian Automatic (Under-sink) Range

How does it work?

Grease from sinks or ovens enters the stainless steel fully sealed tank through an inlet (1), Food waste is strained in a removable filter (2), grease separates from water in the main grease trap tank (3), grease is skimmed away by a drum or wheel (4) and discharged into an external receptacle (5). Only “treated” water is allowed to drain through the outlet (6). Some models contain self cleaning systems and other additional features. Sizes listed below depend on local code requirements, Check with your supplier for the correct model.

X15 Grease Guardian (1 l/s, 40 Litres capacity)

X15 Under-sink grease trap and grease removal unit. 1 l/sec flow rate. Removable side access solids basket. Traps food waste and grease and removes grease with skimming programme. Spray bar included for cleaning. 304 stainless steel. Optional extras: audio alarm, motion sensor, aeration device and frames. Up to 10 years warranty.
