The much-awaited arrival of Grease Guardian into the EN1825 free-standing grease separator took place at the recent IFAT international wastewater exhibition and congress. The visiting public was wowed by the high quality finish and attention to the detail of the automated grease separator. Made from 304 Grade stainless steel for durability and hygiene, the NS is certified to EN1825-1 by the prestigious Danish Technical Institute to treat kitchen wastewaters to a water quality of less than 25mg/l fats, oils and grease content.
The NS6 tank on display at IFAT, which handles flows of up to 6 litres per second, is available with a number of options to make the maintenance of the tank stress and odour nuisance free. These include internal high-pressure wash nozzles with washwater pump, desludging column eliminating the need to open the access covers, grease level inspection window, powerful desludging pump to allow the tank to autonomously pump to the waste tanker and recirculation valves to turn the thicker wastes of heavy-duty applications into an easier to pump mixture.
Visitors from all around the globe were greeted by the Grease Guardian team of Eamon Fitzpatrick, Gianluca Giorgino, Chris Attard and Michel Fitzpatrick. IFAT 2022 was an incredibly successful exhibition and are very pleased with the reaction from the market and competitors alike.
Along with the IFAT Exhibition, Grease Guardian has attended the SSM Marine Exhibition in Hamburg; this exhibition is the world-leading fair of the maritime economy. It is the trade fair for machinery and marine technology with the largest international presence. Visitors and exhibitors from all over the world represent the current state of the maritime industry and can present their latest technologies and receive information about the latest products and services.
We are also excited to be attending the Food, Retail and Hospitality exhibition later on in the year. The exhibition aims to highlight the key trends and challenges facing food retailers, food service operators and hospitality providers while also displaying the latest innovations, developments and new technological solutions. The food, retail and hospitality will provide us with new contacts and links with other hospitality providers seeking to improve their business performance.
