Grease Guardian Exhibits at Food System Solutions Japan 2025

Grease Guardian® was delighted to exhibit once again at Food System Solutions Japan, held from October 15–17 at Tokyo Big Sight in Koto, Japan. This marks our second year attending the show, where we proudly showcased our automatic grease removal technology to industry professionals, consultants, and facility operators from across Japan.

Representing Grease Guardian® at the exhibition was Sales and Marketing Director, Michel Fitzpatrick, who joined our distributor, Joseph Yoichiro Kusumoto from Hinode Global on the stand. Together, they demonstrated how Grease Guardian’s innovative technology provides a high performance, sustainable, and hygienic solution for grease management in commercial kitchens.

Grease Guardian® currently has two SHASE-approved products available on the Japanese market (the GGXJ-20 and GGXJ-30) both exceeding Japan’s rigorous standards for automatic grease removal systems. 

Visitors to the stand were particularly interested in our latest innovation, the Coffee Guardian, which made its Japanese debut at the show. Designed to capture coffee grounds from barista machines and sinks, the Coffee Guardian prevents costly pipe blockages while promoting cleaner, more sustainable wastewater practices.

During the exhibition, Michel and Joseph had the opportunity to meet with a wide range of visitors, including representatives from a major international wholesale retail chain with operations across the globe, as well as numerous local consultants, restaurant owners, and facility operators eager to learn about our solutions.
