Terms & Conditions of Online Sale

Products and availability

• Only products displayed for sale in the Grease Guardian online shop can be ordered through the website.
• Online-shop sales and deliveries are limited to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.
• Grease Guardian products may be available in other countries through authorised distributors. Email sales@greaseguardian.com for details of the distributor serving your region.
• Product availability can change. If an ordered product has been discontinued or is unavailable, we may contact you with an alternative product or an expected dispatch date.

Orders and payment

When you select products and proceed through checkout, you submit an order and agree to pay for the selected products. Every order remains subject to acceptance by F M Environmental Limited and payment authorisation by PayPal or your card issuer.

After payment is accepted, we will send an email confirming that your order has been received. Please check the confirmation promptly and contact us if any order details are incorrect.

We may decline or cancel an order if:

• payment is declined or cannot be authorised;
• the product is discontinued or no longer available;
• the delivery address falls outside the territories we serve; or
• we reasonably believe the product will be used or represented in a way that may damage the Grease Guardian brand or its partners.

Cancellations and returns

If you wish to cancel an order, contact Grease Guardian as soon as possible by emailing sales@greaseguardian.com or using our contact form. Include your transaction reference and invoice or order details.

If the product has already been dispatched, any change-of-mind return is governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Returned products must be unused, in the condition in which they were received and securely packed in their original packaging.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If a product is damaged or faulty when received, or if it is not the product you ordered, you may request an exchange or a full refund. Email sales@greaseguardian.com with your transaction reference, a description of the issue and, for damaged goods, clear photographs showing the damage.

If a refund is approved, we will refund:

• the full purchase price;
• the original delivery charge; and
• the return delivery charge when you provide a receipt, or we will arrange collection at our cost.

If an exchange is approved, we will:

• dispatch replacement goods without an additional delivery charge; and
• arrange collection of the original goods at our cost.

General online shop conditions

• F M Environmental Limited may modify, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Grease Guardian online shop, either temporarily or permanently.
• We may update these terms. Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated terms are published on this page.
• Your purchase is governed by the version of these terms available when your order is placed.

Product support visits

• Product support visits can be arranged through your Grease Guardian provider to inspect an installation, assist with programme settings and train staff in daily maintenance of Grease Guardian automatic grease removal units.
• A support visit during the first three months of use is recommended but is not compulsory. Installation requirements, maintenance tasks and programme settings are explained in the operating manual supplied with each product.
• In-person support is not normally a free service. Discuss availability and call-out charges with your supplier before booking.
• If in-person support is unavailable or not required, consult the product manuals and complete the recommended installation checks.
