HOW IT WORKS

1. Dry Food Strainer

Wastewater from sinks / kitchen equipment flows into the Grease Guardian®

2. Grease Separation Chamber

Grease naturally rises to the surface, while clean water exits safely to the drain.

3. Liquids Heating Element

The PLC-programmed heating element liquefies fats, oils and grease.

4. Grease Removal Drum

FOG is collected by the skimming drum and enters the collection container.

5. Grease Collection Container

Skimmed grease is deposited in the 7 Litre external collection container.

6. Control Centre - PLC

Plug and Play System.

7. Self-Cleaning & Automatic Spray System

An automatic spray cleans internal parts and refills the water level, helping prevent odours and build-up.

8. Solenoid Valve

During the automatic cleaning cycle, the solenoid valve triggers water to spray inside the unit.
